Everlasting Flooring refinishes hardwood floors for homes in Georgetown and Sussex County, Delaware. We also come to homes in Kent County and in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Millsboro, Milton, Dewey Beach, Milford, and Dover.
Refinishing means working on hardwood that is already in the house. The usual goal is to sand the surface and put a new finish on wood that is still sound. It is not the same job as installing a new hardwood floor, and it is not a repair for every kind of damage. Boards that are too thin, wet, or broken may need repair or replacement instead. We can tell those apart only by looking at the floor.
We schedule a free in-home measure so we can see the species that is down, the finish that is on it, and which rooms you want included. Stairs, edges, and doorways are part of that look. We do not describe a finish color or a result before that visit.
Everlasting Flooring comes to the job. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 to 17:00. If other rooms need new hardwood, waterproof LVP, tile, or carpet, mention them when you call so the visit covers the whole request.
